I am from Idaho Falls originally and received my bachelor’s degree in Human Biology from BYU-Idaho. This is also where I met my wife Melissa, who is a Mesa native. I attended dental school at the University of Texas School of Dentistry in Houston and went on to attend a residency in Advanced Education in General Dentistry at Idaho State University. During this time, I received advanced training in implant treatment, endodontics, wisdom tooth extraction, and IV sedation.
I strongly believe that continuing education is crucial to excellent dentistry, and so I am an active member of the American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, American Association of Endodontists, and Ensign Academy of Dentistry.
Aside from dentistry, my wife and I enjoy spending time with our three children, hiking, and playing tennis.
