Meet Our Team

Sunshine and warmth are some of the many things that’s fit our lead hygienist Ashleigh’s personality. She is passionate about educating her patients and has a way of making them feel confident and at ease with her calming and welcoming energy. Ashleigh has been in dental for 10 years and finds pure joy in making others smile. When not at work you will find her in the summer soaking up the sun outdoors and in all things water with her 3 beautiful kids and her high-school sweetheart and proud veteran husband, Chase. During the fall season you’ll hear her cheering on the Kansas City Chiefs. As seasons change a constant is Ashleigh to be there for you.

Julie is a fantastic experienced hygienist! She has worked alongside Dr. Farr for 23 years in Mesa and has been in dentistry since 1984. Her smile and positive attitude are infectious around the office. Julie is originally from El Paso, TX but has lived in Arizona for 30 years now. In her free time Julie loves everything outdoors from playing pickleball every week to going to the beach! Julie loves spending time with her family and having fun with her five grandkids!

Originally from Youngstown, OH, our lead assistant moved to AZ in 2019 and she is loving the adventure so far. She has been an assistant since 2006, so she has tons of experience to help our patients feel as comfortable as possible. Brittany earned the Care Bear award from the office and it shows in everything she does. She loves bringing in treats to share and always giving her patients the red carpet treatment. “Go Steelers! I really love to read & cook when I’m not working. I also enjoy donating my time to Midwest Food Bank.” Brittany even organized our office service project at Midwest Food Bank!

Raquel grew up in northern Arizona on the reservation before moving to the valley in 2020. She graduated from the UEI College of Dental Assisting in 2003. “My Díne culture is very important to me. When I’m not at work I love spending time with my son either trying new food, fishing, riding horses or ATVs, checking out a rodeo, or playing with my German Shepherd.”

Jessica was born and raised here in sunny Arizona. She joined Snow Family Dentistry in 2021 after attending the American Institute of Dental Assisting. “I love spending my time hanging out with my friends and family! If you cannot find me camping in Happy Jack or attending a country concert, you can find me at home with my dog binge watching “Friends”!

This mama of 4 was born and raised in Chicago, IL & did some moving around the US before settling in AZ in 2013. Her bubbly personality always makes for a fun day at the office! “I have been in the administrative field for my entire working career. I absolutely love helping people and making sure the behind the scenes of the business runs smoothly. When I’m not working I love going on fun traveling adventures, spending time out in nature, and being creative with sewing and performing!”

Reyna grew up in California but moved to Arizona as a teenager. Reyna loves all things beauty related and even enjoys doing her own eyelashes! When she is not working hard helping our patients over the phone she is at home trying new recipes, playing with her son, and re-watching every episode of Gray’s Anatomy.

Meet our office manager, Patrice, or as we like to call her “Queen P”. She has a wealth of dental experience both on the administrative and clinical side of dentistry, so she was the perfect pick when it came to finding our office manager. P is originally from New Jersey before moving to Arizona in 2016. When P is not busy running the office, you can find her binge watching Law & Order at home with her English Bulldog and snacking on a pickle (her favorite!) “Insert P Quote about being positive”

In addition to being Dr. Snow’s wife, I lead the marketing and leadership teams at Snow Family Dentistry. I also handle office vision, design and growth. I grew up in Bakersfield, California, where I established a deep love of the ocean and all things nature. I met Dr. Snow (just Dallin then) midway through my sophomore year of college at Brigham Young University, where I went on to graduate with my degree in communications.

I love to connect with people on a personal level, and my passion for smiles has led me to create our Smile Health initiative. It is the combination of a positive outlook and a grateful heart, creating lasting smiles and happiness. I am a coach and love to teach and help others. Although I love being a part of the office and helping to facilitate its growth, my four children are definitely my pride and joy. I love to travel with them, take them hiking and find new adventures with Dr. Snow.

Becca is one of the few born and raised in the beautiful Arizona desert. She is a proud momma of 2 daughters & enjoys spending her free time with her kids & spouse, either camping or at the racetrack together. “I started my dental career back in 2017, after I graduated from American Institute of Dental Assisting. I loved being part of the administrative side of things and being able to build a relationship with every patient that comes through the door. I am so honored to be a part of such an amazing team, and continue to grow with Snow Family Dentistry.”

Sophi is likely the first face you will see when you walk into our office. She is a ray of sunshine and we hope she brightens your day just as much as she brightens ours every day! “I have been living in the valley since 2016 and have been in the dental field since 2020! I started off doing pediatric dental assisting and moved to the front office in 2022! I have a passion for creating a fun and welcoming environment that makes people actually want to come to the dentist. In my free time I enjoy singing, playing sports, and spending lots of time with my family and friends.

Christina is originally from Long Island, New York. She moved to Arizona in 2004. She is married and the proud mother of two daughters and one Poodle. She graduated from Hofstra University with a bachelor’s degree in marketing. Since then, I attended My Dental Assisting Institute, where I trained to become a dental assistant. “The joy of seeing patients achieve confidence through a healthy smile is extremely rewarding. Outside of the office, I love spending time with my family, crafting and decorating my home.”

I was born and raised here in the desert of Arizona, and I love being a dental assistant! I attended Pima Medical Institute to receive my certificate in dental assisting, and I started with Dr. Snow near the end of 2018. During my free time, I enjoy shopping, spending time with the people I love and bingeing on a good show. Throughout the time I have worked at Snow Family Dentistry, I have been blessed with the opportunity to learn every single day along with a team that is now like my family!

I am from Idaho Falls originally and received my bachelor’s degree in Human Biology from BYU-Idaho. This is also where I met my wife Melissa, who is a Mesa native. I attended dental school at the University of Texas School of Dentistry in Houston and went on to attend a residency in Advanced Education in General Dentistry at Idaho State University. During this time, I received advanced training in implant treatment, endodontics, wisdom tooth extraction, and IV sedation.

I strongly believe that continuing education is crucial to excellent dentistry, and so I am an active member of the American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, American Association of Endodontists, and Ensign Academy of Dentistry.

Aside from dentistry, my wife and I enjoy spending time with our three children, hiking, and playing tennis.

Hello! My name is Lily and I’m the Lead Dental Hygienist. I was born in the Philippines and lived in AZ since I was 5, so I consider myself a native! I come from a long line of men who served in the military. I’m happily married and have 2 awesome kids! I went to college in Charlotte, NC and I’ve been in Dentistry for 14 years. I love changing lives one smile at a time and training other Dental Providers. I love to travel, read books, play board games (I’m super competitive!), cheer on my AZ sports teams, outdoor activities especially if it’s by water, mentor youth/women at my church, and hang out with my family. FUN fact: I have a big sweet tooth!

Originally from South Dakota, Kari moved to Arizona in 2006 to enjoy the nice Arizona weather. Kari has 23 years of experience as a Dental Hygienist and still loves it as much as she did when she first started. Kari joined Snow Family Dentistry in July 2023 and loves working in such a positive and caring office. In her free time, you can find Kari trying to keep up with her two active boys. If you’re a sneaker fan, you should ask Kari about her sneaker collection!

I was born and raised in Gilbert Arizona and I love being a dental assistant! I’ve worked at Snow Family Dentistry for about a year and a half and I couldn’t have asked for a better place to be. I learn something new every single day and the team is like a second family! In my free time I like to go out with friends, read, and watch new movies.

Vanessa joined Snow Family Dentistry in 2023 after graduating from Northern Arizona University as a proud first-generation college student. Earning her bachelor’s degree was a lifelong dream, and now she’s excited to turn that dream into a career of caring for patients and building lasting relationships.

Outside the office, Vanessa enjoys spending quality time with her friends and family. A true gamer at heart, she loves both video games and board games—where her competitive side really comes to life!

Breanna is one of our dedicated Treatment Coordinators here at Snow Family Dentistry. An Arizona native and proud mom of two amazing daughters, Bre brings both heart and energy to everything she does. Whether she’s kayaking, hiking, shopping, or hitting the gym, she’s always on the go.

“When I’m not at work, you can find me at the gym or spending time with my girls,” she says. “I love being part of such a positive team that truly cares about our patients. It really does feel like I’m part of the family.”

Her enthusiasm and commitment help create the welcoming, supportive environment our patients love.

Originally from just outside Cambridge, England—in the charming town of St Ives—Maggie moved to Arizona eight years ago in search of sunshine after many rainy days spent living in Washington State. She has three children here in the U.S., while the rest of her family remains back home in the U.K.

Maggie enjoys knitting, quilting, reading, and cheering on her favorite tennis tournaments—especially Wimbledon. She also loves cooking, spending time outdoors, doting on her daughter’s dog Queenie, and treating herself to a visit to the hairdresser—“I walk out feeling like a new woman!”

What she loves most about Snow Family Dentistry is the team: “Everyone is on board for all the right reasons. The doctors and staff are truly here to do their best for the patients. It’s one of the nicest teams I’ve had the pleasure of working with.”

Paulette is an Arizona native and a seasoned dental professional with over 20 years of experience. As our Insurance Coordinator, she brings a wealth of knowledge, a caring heart, and an impressive memory—she always remembers something special about every patient she meets.

Outside of the office, Paulette is a proud mom of three beautiful daughters. Whether they’re binge-watching the latest shows together or planning their next adventure, family time is her favorite.

She loves the color orange, is fueled by Dr. Pepper, and has a passport full of stamps from her world travels. Paulette’s kindness and attention to detail make her an irreplaceable part of our team.

Originally from the scenic Black Hills of South Dakota, Jaedyn is a Registered Dental Assistant who joined Snow Family Dentistry in 2024. “I felt right at home from day one,” she says. She graduated from Western Dakota Technical College and brings a calm, compassionate presence to every appointment. Outside of the office, Jaedyn enjoys spending time with her family, shopping, and cheering on the Atlanta Braves. Her gentle nature and friendly smile help make every patient’s visit a positive one.

Corynn was born and raised in South Jordan Utah, but recently moved to Mesa Arizona in the fall of 2024 after getting married to the love of her life who recently graduated from dental school (Class of 2025). Her and her husband are a dental family! Corynn has been a dental assistant for over 4 years and enjoys every minute of it. She loves taking care of her patients, getting to know them, and making them feel comfortable. She grew up camping every summer with her family so she loves the outdoors. Corynn says she enjoys a long drive in the Rocky Mountains more than anything.

Originally from Washington State, Yolanda moved to Arizona in 2020. She has 2 kids, and 4 grandchildren. New to dentistry, Yolanda says, “I love being a part of such a great team, and getting to know all our patients!” When she’s not working, her favorite things are spending time with family, cooking healthy meals, and relaxing in the pool!

Crystal was born in Nebraska but raised in Arizona. She has been happily married for 25 years and is a proud mom of two. Her family enjoys watching baseball and golf—”two of our favorite pastimes.” Crystal loves spending time outdoors, reading a good book, or getting creative with crafts. She says, “my passions for family, creativity, and connection inspire me in both my personal life and professional work.”

With four years in orthodontics and a new adventure in the dental field, Lexie is all about creating smiles and keeping things running smoothly. From scheduling, to patient care, Lexie brings a little joy and a lot of experience to the team. When she is not at the office, you can find her exploring new places and enjoying life’s little moments. “I believe every smile tells a story, and I’m here to help yours shine!”
